Every MemoHoney order is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee, counted from your purchase date, not your delivery date.

How To Request A Refund

  1. Note your purchase date from your order confirmation email.
  2. Email support with "Refund Request" in the subject line before shipping anything back.
  3. Return every bottle — opened, empty, or half-full, it makes no difference — with the packing slip included.
  4. Return shipping is paid by the customer and is not reimbursed.
  5. Allow 5–10 business days for processing after the return is received. No restocking fee is stated in the policy.

Subscription Note

Checkout may show an opt-in "Subscribe & Save" tickbox, unchecked by default. If selected, your card is billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. For a one-time purchase, leave this box unchecked.
